Inbound & Outbound Appointment Booker
Honey Legal is expanding and we are looking for confident, motivated Appointment Bookers to join our growing team in Stoke-on-Trent.

Honey Legal is one of the UK’s leading Estate Planning companies, providing services including Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Founded in 2010 in a small market town in North Shropshire, we now operate from offices in Market Drayton, Stoke and Leicester, and continue to grow year on year.
The Role
As an Appointment Booker, you will be speaking with individuals over the phone to introduce our estate planning services and arrange free in-home consultations with one of our experienced Legal Consultants.
Your day will include a mixture of:
- Responding to inbound enquiries from individuals who have requested information online
- Proactively contacting potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest
- Following up existing enquiries and leads who may benefit from our support
Your goal is to build rapport, understand each client’s circumstances, and arrange a qualified appointment for our field-based consultants.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to new people, is confident on the phone, and is motivated by achieving targets and earning commission.

Previous call centre, sales or customer service experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound enquiries from individuals requesting information about our services
- Proactively contacting potential clients to introduce Honey Legal’s services
- Building rapport and identifying each client’s needs
- Explaining the benefits of Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Booking qualified appointments for our Legal Consultants
- Delivering an excellent customer experience while upholding our company motto: “Do The Right Thing”
- Working towards individual and team performance targets
