Trainee Event Installation Technician
£28,000 per year
Location: Banbury (Year 1 warehouse-based, then extensive worldwide travel)

We design and deliver premium event environments at Formula 1 and other global sporting events. We’re growing our Installation Team and looking for motivated, hands-on individuals ready to build a career that combines practical work with worldwide travel.
Year 1 – Training in Banbury
Your first year will be based at our Banbury warehouse. You’ll receive structured, hands-on training to learn:
- Equipment and systems
- Installation techniques
- Logistics and project preparation
- Company quality and safety standards
This prepares you for international project work.
After Training – Worldwide Travel
You’ll travel extensively across Europe, the Middle East, Australia, the Far East, and the Americas.
This role involves:
- Significant time away from home
- Extended overseas trips
- Weekend and flexible working
- Physically demanding installation work
If you’re not comfortable with frequent travel, this role won’t be suitable.
Responsibilities
- Install and dismantle event structures and interiors
- Work on international event sites under tight schedules
- Deliver high-quality finishes
- Follow safety and operating procedures
- Represent the company professionally on-site
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience (events, construction, production or similar – preferred)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Flexible approach to hours and travel
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
