Preferred Skills
Climber Position
- At least 3 years proven climbing and industry experience.
- The ability to work independently , with the drive and energy to motivate the working team.
- Good arboricultural knowledge and skills.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
- Proven ability and experience to undertake all necessary arboricultural operations unsupervised.
- Reliable and trustworthy
- CS30/31/38/39 required (CS41 preferred)
- Full Clean UK driving license
Groundsman Position
- At least 2 years proven experience within the industry preferred, with industry related qualifications.
- The ability to work well within a team, and can be relied upon to undertake necessary arboricultural operations un-supervised;
- Excellent communications and customer service skills, positive attitude, self-motivated and with high attention to detail;
- Honesty and reliability;
- CS30/CS31 required.
- Valid Clean UK driving license and experience of towing.
CSCS card preferred but willing to put through training / exam for the right person.
Salary can be negotiated £30k – £45k pro rata, subject to experience and skillset.
Sub-contractor roles and permanent roles (after a trial period of 3-6 months).
