Job Overview
We are seeking a very flexible and dedicated Housekeeper to join our dedicated team at Carolton Care Ltd.
Variable as per a weekly rota, up to 30 hours per week - week day shifts and every 2nd weekend.
Responsibilities
In Housekeeping you are responsible for assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of the Care Homes to the high standard required, and helping with laundry facilities within our establishment.
In this role, you will be flexible in order to adapt in any areas of the Care Homes Housekeeping department. Common sense and the ability to communicate, and work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
Your efforts will contribute to providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our residents.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a housekeeping/cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina, as the role requires standing for long periods and lifting heavier items.
- A positive attitude towards and commitment to maintaining high standards.
