We are looking for a Pallet Repairer to join us at Somerlap in Mark, Somerset. Your main role will be working in a small team, sorting and repairing damaged pallets. Returning them to their original condition using nail guns and hand tools. Full training is provided. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 7.00am to 4.30pm. We are an employee ownership trust and profit share is given after probation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Using hand tools
- Manual handling
- Maintaining a high standard of Health & Safety
- Minimising wastage where possible.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace.

- Good communication and work well in a team
- Capable to work in a physically demanding role and repetitive work
- A strong commitment to maintaining a clean and tidy workplace
- If you have worked in manufacturing/warehouse before, that would be an advantage.
- Worked with hand tools, would be an advantage
