About the Role
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGN's) to join our growing agency team. You will work across a variety of nursing home settings, providing exceptional care and clinical support to residents.
This is a flexible agency role — ideal for nurses who value choice, variety, and control over their working hours, while still delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with NMC standards and company policies.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to clinical changes promptly.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and families to promote wellbeing.
- Adhere to infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations.
Requirements
- Valid NMC Pin (Registered General Nurse – RGN).
- Minimum 6 months of UK nursing experience within the last year.
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills.
- A compassionate, professional, and adaptable approach to care.
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to travel to different locations if required.
