Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Sales Progressor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for progressing sales smoothly and quickly through to exchange of contracts by liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage companies to ensure successful outcomes and delivery of outstanding customer service. . This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for customer service and sales, who are organised, communicative, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in administrative tasks and multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance client interactions and expand our reach.
Duties
- Progressing sales and being able to actively engage with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using organisational tools.
- Assist in organising sales campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Support administrative tasks such as preparing reports, updating client databases, and scheduling appointments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Administrative experience is essential for maintaining accurate records and reports.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Confidence in engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds and maintaining positive relationships. This is not a hybrid position. Hours are Monday to Friday week one and Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week, week two.
