Salary: £28,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience)

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Commercial Account Handler to support an experienced team and play a key role in servicing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients. The Role
Working closely with senior brokers and account executives, you'll be responsible for providing first-class support to clients throughout the insurance lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing renewals, new business and mid-term adjustments
- Liaising with insurers to secure competitive and appropriate cover solutions
- Preparing and processing policy documentation
- Supporting client meetings where required
- Maintaining accurate records and diary management systems
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with insurers and clients
- Keeping up to date with market developments and industry trends
- Delivering a high standard of service and ensuring positive customer outcomes
About You
To be considered, you'll ideally have:
- A minimum of 2 years' commercial insurance experience
- Exposure to a broad range of commercial insurance products
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Desirable:
- Working knowledge of Acturis
- Cert CII qualification or a willingness to work towards professional qualifications
