A new opportunity has arisen at MSD for the recruitment of a Customer Service Administrator!
Key duties include :
Daily exceptions reports to be compiled and sent out to top key accounts
Filing and uploading of proof of delivery paperwork and/or customer paperwork to our transport systems
Answering inbound calls from customers and helping resolve transport related issues
Email etiquette in liaising with depots, customers and staff is vital.
Use of word, excel and various other computer programs all of which you will be trained on however important you are familiar with all of this
Carrying out specialist tasks on behalf of our commercial department in ensuring customer service overall is maintained .
Providing additional support to our Ops Team.
Yourself :
Must be confident communicating both over the telephone and via email.

Job Type: Full-time. Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
Salary: £13.00 per hour.
