What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day
- Building relationships with candidates and clients within the Life Sciences industry
- Identifying and placing high-calibre professionals into exciting global roles
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process
- Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies
- Manage, motivate and mentor individuals
What We’re Looking For
- Ambition, resilience and a strong work ethic
- 2-3 years experience in a 360 recruitment position
- Confident ability to win spot business at £20k+ fees
- Target-driven and self-motivated with innate resilience
- Proven ability to consistently hit recruitment targets
