We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at our Chantry Place kiosk in Norwich.
This is a sales-driven role where you will help customers discover their perfect fragrance, provide expert recommendations, and contribute to achieving store targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- Engage with customers proactively and confidently
- Recommend fragrances based on customer preferences
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and fragrance expertise
- Meet and exceed individual and kiosk sales targets
- Process transactions accurately through the till system
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards
- Keep the kiosk clean, organised, and fully stocked
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous retail or sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence approaching and engaging customers
- Passion for sales and achieving targets
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak retail periods
Highly Desirable:
- Experience selling perfumes, cosmetics, beauty products, or luxury goods
- Good knowledge of fragrance families, notes, and perfume trends
- Ability to identify customer preferences and recommend suitable scents
- Experience in a target-driven retail environment
- Multilingual skills are an advantage
