Activity Professional – Sports Coach

Reports to: Head of Sport

At Premier Education, we’re seeking an enthusiastic Activity Professional to be a role model who inspires individuals to lead healthy, active lives. In this role, you’ll create and deliver engaging PE sessions, extracurricular activities, and holiday clubs that promote learning through movement. What You’ll Do
Planning & Delivery
● Design and deliver high-quality, innovative sports and physical activities tailored for children.
● Ensure sessions are engaging, inclusive, and promote active participation. Promotion & Engagement
● Actively promote events and initiatives to maximise occupancy.
● Inspire children and families to embrace a healthy, active lifestyle.
Advocacy & Communication
● Represent Premier Education positively by communicating professionally with senior leaders, management, and school staff.
● Uphold and advocate our core values in every interaction.
Operations & Reporting
● Manage, produce, and report key information linked to your workload using our systems. ● Consistently follow company policies and procedures.
● Provide regular self-evaluations and performance reports through 1-to-1 meetings and assessments.
Personal & Professional Development
● Commit to continuous professional development (CPD) by attending relevant training sessions. Key Performance Indicators Occupancy – 70% (ECC / WAC / HC’s) Quality – Average assessment score of 75% with 100% compliance Retention – 70% child retention & 100% school retention
Essential Skills & Attributes Coaching & Education
● Proven ability to plan and deliver innovative coaching sessions.
● Experience working in a school environment or a solid understanding of the education landscape.
Personal Qualities
● Passionate about physical activity and sport.
● Trustworthy, self-motivated, and adaptable with a creative approach to activity planning.
Teamwork & Communication
● Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
● Professional, well-presented, and confident in public speaking.

● Proactive in troubleshooting and finding effective solutions.
