We're looking for an Business Administrator who will support operational delivery through high-quality administrative services, working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams across a range of projects.
- Respond to incoming calls and emails, accurately log client requests, raise reactive routines and purchase orders, monitor and close jobs, ensuring timely data input with all relevant documentation attached
- Provide administrative support including preparation of reports, trackers and month-end documentation such as journals, invoicing and accruals, while maintaining asset registers, inventories and filing systems
- Support general administration activities including diary management, meeting coordination, minute taking, document preparation and report compilation, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Schedule, coordinate and monitor planned survey activities, including data tracking, minor works and quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with KPIs and auditable standards
- Provide stores administration support including stock monitoring, ordering, issue logs and recording survey data, while effectively coordinating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:
- Experience as an Administrator or equivalent.
- Some knowledge of Compliance is desirable but attention to detail is key.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- Personable, collaborative and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capable of achieving security clearance
