Outbound Call Centre Agent - GERMAN Fluency – Temporary Contract to start ASAP - 2 weeks approx.
Location: Shirley, Solihull (Onsite)
Hours of Work: Min 20hrs per week working any days between 9-5pm Mon – Thurs & Fri 8.00am – 2.45pm
Salary: £12.71ph (paid weekly)
Job Specification
As outbound call centre agent with German fluency, you’ll be calling companies in Germany to data cleanse information & then calling to complete customer experience surveys. Must have clear & confident communication skills.
Skills and experience:
- German & English fluency - translating calls from German to English
- Experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls advantage (telephone based exp)
- Outbound cold calling cleansing data – confirming information
- Business to business
- Customer experience questionnaires
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent spoken English and a good clear telephone voice
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated
- Work well within a team and as an individual
- Live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull
