We’re Recruiting:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistants
- Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs)
- SEN Support Staff
- Intervention & Classroom Support Staff
Role Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils across EYFS, Primary, or Secondary settings
- Delivering small group interventions and 1:1 support
- Assisting teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery
- Supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, and additional learning needs
- Leading classes where required (HLTA roles)
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 TA qualification or HLTA status
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Passionate, reliable, and adaptable individuals
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
