An opportunity has arisen for a full time, Band 3 pharmacy Procurement/Invoicing officer at Surrey & Sussex Healthcare Trust. The successful candidate will be customer focused and have strong relationship building skills, used both for internal and external stakeholder liaison.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience of Purchasing & invoicing in a busy office environment to tight deadlines to join our team and help deliver an efficient and effective pharmacy service that the Trust relies upon to manage the procurement of medicines for patient centred care.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has an interest in a career within purchasing/procurement; the role will facilitate the development of day to day activities such as the raising of purchase orders, goods receipting and processing of invoices as well as internal stakeholder and supplier management.
You will need NVQ Level 3 Business and Administration/Pharmacy Services or Procurement or equivalent demonstrable experience.
Hours of work will be 08.30 – 17.00 Monday to Friday.
