Digital Marketing Lead

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Lead to help grow and strengthen the Moorview Care brand through engaging digital content, storytelling and marketing campaigns.

About the Role
As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Communications to develop and implement an effective marketing strategy for Moorview Care.
Your role will require your creative vision to produce captivating and diverse content that reflects the vision and values of Moorview Care across multiple channels and platforms.
Working autonomously, you will lead marketing communications campaigns that enhance Moorview Care’s online presence, engage stakeholders, and strengthen brand awareness through successful communications and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Communications to deliver the Communications and Marketing Strategy
- Implement marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, including recruitment and service promotion
- Maintain and develop our website with clear messaging across all digital platforms with consistency and a clear identity
- Design and create engaging newsletters, campaigns and marketing materials
- Support PR initiatives, media opportunities and organisational storytelling
- Support company events, exhibitions, conferences and awards activity
Digital Platforms & Content Creation
- Create engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Plan, design and produce content using photography, videography and editing tools
- Transform raw content into engaging videos, reels, graphics and digital campaigns
- Research trends, reactive content opportunities and creative campaign ideas
- Encourage team participation in content creation and storytelling
- Maintain a strong and consistent Moorview Care tone of voice across platforms
Website, SEO & Analytics
- Maintain and develop the company website in line with business objectives
- Write website copy, news stories and improve user experience
- Support SEO, SEM and Google PPC campaigns
- Monitor engagement, analytics and campaign performance across platforms
- Analyse trends, audience engagement and campaign effectiveness
- Report on engagement and analytics across campaigns and communications activity
Recruitment & Workforce Campaigns
- Support recruitment campaigns and workforce initiatives alongside the HR Team
- Design recruitment-focused campaigns with strong storytelling and employer branding
- Support job advertising and attraction campaigns across digital platforms
- Help increase engagement with current team members across online channels
Brand & Company Engagement
- Promote and protect the Moorview Care brand and reputation
- Embed company values throughout communications and campaigns
- Support brand recognition and organisational profile growth
- Support and promote healthcare award submissions and recognition opportunities
- Be a champion for our people, culture and values across the organisation
Compliance & Cross-Departmental Support
- Ensure campaigns comply with GDPR, consent and licensing requirements
- Maintain and review client consent relating to content and media
- Support other departments with bid writing, marketing and communications requests
About You
- Qualification in Marketing
- At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing role with social media responsibility
- Confident in website content maintenance and development
- Strong photography, videography and content creation skills
- Experience using editing and design software such as Adobe Suite, Canva or similar
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Confident engaging with people and creating engaging video and digital content
- A proactive self-starter who is comfortable working independently
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to locations across North Yorkshire and Hull
