Our boutique offers the look and feel of an independent fashion retailer, while every purchase helps fund the rescue, rehabilitation and release of Scotland's wildlife.

The Role As a Retail Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating an attractive, welcoming shopping environment. From styling displays and merchandising clothing to delivering outstanding customer service, you'll help ensure every customer enjoys their visit while supporting the work of New Arc Wildlife Rescue.
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous retail experience, ideally within fashion or premium retail.
Has a passion for contemporary fashion and sustainable shopping.
Has a keen eye for styling, merchandising and creating eye-catching displays.
Delivers exceptional customer service and enjoys building relationships with customers.
Is enthusiastic, proactive and able to use their own initiative.
Is flexible, adaptable and thrives in a busy retail environment. Is organised, reliable and works well independently and as part of a team.
Is confident using a till and handling cash.
