Role: Deputy Manager - Children's Residential

Providing a nurturing environment for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). We believe in creating stability, building trust, and empowering young people to thrive!

Role responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager in leading the home and team
- Champion safeguarding, emotional wellbeing, and therapeutic practice
- Supervise staff, manage rotas, and lead shifts with confidence
- Contribute to care planning, incident reporting, and inspection readiness
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and professionals
- Stepping up in absence of Registered Manager
To be successful you will:
- Experience in management within children’s residential care, ideally EBD or complex needs
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, Regulation 44/45, and Ofsted frameworks
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management, Children and Young People
- Level 3 or above in Children's Residential Care
