We’re currently looking for a Membership Advisor to join our friendly and energetic club in Rushden. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with great people skills and a proactive attitude to be part of one of the world’s leading fitness brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to members and prospects
- Conduct engaging gym tours and confidently discuss membership options
- Achieve sales targets with commission and incentives available
- Handle phone enquiries, lead generation, and retention activities
- Participate in and help run member events, competitions, promotional campaigns and social media posts
- Support corporate sales and local marketing efforts
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance to keep the club safe and welcoming
