The Role
This full-time, permanent role is perfect for someone who is excited about the art of kefir production. You'll be responsible for:
- Making, tending, and bottling our live kefir
- Maintaining strict hygiene and fermentation standards
- Working as part of a small, supportive production team
- Supporting other tasks across the business as needed (e.g. packaging, barn duties, soap making tasks)
This is a physical, hands-on job in a fast-paced friendly environment. No previous kefir experience required - we’ll train the right person with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
What We’re Looking For
- A reliable, hardworking individual who cares about quality and detail
- Genuine interest in gut health, fermentation, or natural products
- Happy to work with your hands and follow consistent daily routines
- Flexible and willing to help across departments when needed
- Holds a full UK driver’s licence and has their own transport
- Comfortable with rural, on-site work (postcode: SA44 6DS)
- Non-smoker (our farm is 100% smoke-free)

- Salary: £26,227.50 per year
- Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm (37.5 hours/week)
- Occasional weekend work (time-and-a-half pay)
- Type: Full-time, PAYE, permanent
