Bar Staff – The Plough, Elstree
We’re looking for energetic, friendly and hardworking Bar Staff to join the team at The Plough, Elstree.
The Plough has quickly established itself as one of the area’s busiest and most exciting pubs, with a vibrant bar, large beer garden, quality food offering and a strong focus on great service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for passionate front-of-house team members who love hospitality and enjoy creating a brilliant experience for guests.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives as part of a team and brings great personality to every shift.
The Role
- Serving drinks and providing excellent customer service
- Working across the main bar, restaurant and garden areas
- Preparing and serving beers, wines, spirits and cocktails
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
- Handling payments and using till systems
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Enjoys working with people and being part of a team
- Can stay calm and organised during busy services
- Has bar or hospitality experience preferred, but not essential
- Is flexible with evenings and weekends
- Takes pride in delivering excellent service
