Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the B2B sector.
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Utilise HubSpot and other CRM software to manage client interactions and track sales progress.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales and telemarketing is essential.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and other CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
