Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional guest services, specialising in nail treatments while also demonstrating skills in management, social media management, and customer engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant environment where creativity and client satisfaction are paramount. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and specialised treatments such as eyelash extensions and makeup application. A background in hospitality and experience with upselling will be advantageous to enhance client experience and maximise service offerings.
Duties
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and specialised nail art
- Provide additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and deep tissue massage when required
- Deliver excellent guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client satisfaction
- Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Utilise social media platforms to promote services, showcase work, and engage with clients to grow the salon’s online presence
- Assist with management tasks such as stock control, organising appointments, and maintaining hygiene protocols
- Upsell additional treatments or products to maximise revenue opportunities
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the salon’s standards of service excellence at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within the beauty industry
- Skills in management, social media management, and guest services are highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of eyelash extensions, makeup application, deep tissue massage, barbering, and other beauty treatments is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with good time management skills to handle appointments effectively
- Previous experience in hospitality or similar sectors will be considered an advantage

Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
