We are a growing artisanal bakery looking for an experienced baker to join our friendly and professional team. Bread and/or viennoiserie experience for a minimum two year is essential. Job description:
- Full-time , No night shifts, Early start (4:00am)
- 4-5 shifts a week (rotational weekend availability necessary)
- Starting from £17/h (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)
- 40 hours a week

Job responsibilities:
- Production of sourdough bread, laminated pastries and other baked goods to a high standard and following the methods provided
- Able to rotate between stations and multitask including mixing, shaping, laminating etc.
- Cleaning during the production process, keeping stations tidy and following hygiene protocols
- Getting involved in the production process, training and improving skills along the way
Job requirements:
- Experience working in a bakery
- RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK
- Level 2 Food hygiene certification
- Willingness and desire to learn new skills
- Ability to travel in the early hours of the morning and work long hours while standing
- Good communication skills
- Being punctual, organised and responsible
- Desire to become a long-term member of our team
