Crown Energy is growing, and we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our market-leading utilities connections business.
You’ll work as part of a close, collaborative team specialising in gas, electricity and water connections, supporting customers from initial enquiry through to quotation, payment and handover to operations.
This is a relationship-led sales role where you’ll manage warm customer enquiries, understand project requirements, coordinate quotations with internal teams and contractors, and keep opportunities progressing through the pipeline.
It’s not a one-call-close environment. Projects can take time, requirements can evolve, and customers often need clear guidance throughout the process. Success in this role comes from strong follow-up, organisation, attention to detail and the ability to build trust with customers.
Managing warm enquiries for gas, electricity and water connection projects
Gathering project information and understanding customer requirements
Coordinating quotations with internal teams, contractors and operations
Presenting quotations clearly and following up professionally
Managing your pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records
Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Identifying opportunities to grow customer accounts over time
Supporting a smooth handover to operations
We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised and proactive, with experience in a customer-focused role such as:
Sales
Account management
Sales support
Service advising
Project coordination
Previous utilities experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Full training will be provided.
