This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment, providing outstanding service to our guests and clients. The successful candidates will be an integral part of delivering memorable experiences, supporting management, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
- Unloading wagons and trucks
- Assisting with lighting, video & PA
- General stage build and breakdown
- Working as part of a fast-paced production crew
Skills
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment
- Management skills are desirable for those interested in future Crew Chief roles
- Previous experience in the events world advantageous but not essential; full support and on-the-job learning provided.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
