What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers directly at events, offering a warm welcome and building instant rapport.
- Showcase products and services in an approachable and informative way, adapting to different audiences.
- Provide on-the-job support for newer team members, sharing tips and guidance to help them grow in confidence.
- Travel to exciting event locations, representing our brand with professionalism and energy.
- Keep accurate notes on customer feedback, helping the team refine our approach and maintain high standards.
