Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Cleaner to join our fast-paced short-let management startup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, deep sanitization, and luxury hotel-standard presentation across our portfolio of premium short-let apartments. This role offers an opportunity to work in a high-efficiency environment where attention to detail, reliability, and hospitality standards are highly valued. Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or Airbnb cleaning is required, and candidates must be willing to expand their operational reach as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and deep sanitization tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces to a premium standard.
- Coordinate logistics to manage the drop-off and pickup of laundry seamlessly around guest checkout windows
- Monitor, manage, and restock property inventory and guest supplies such as toiletries, linens, and welcome amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness and exact staging of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces to meet strict brand guidelines.
- Use a smartphone application to clock in, follow structured property checklists, and log out precisely upon completion.
- Report any property maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to strict company policies regarding punctuality, security of premises, and client confidentiality.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or professional short-let/Airbnb cleaning roles is essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently under tight checkout windows.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a process-driven approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic, team spirit, and a commitment to being strictly punctual.
- Possess a warm, professional demeanor suitable for brief face-to-face client or guest interactions.
- Must possess reliable personal transportation to travel between property locations smoothly.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and provide a minimum of two professional references.
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
