Seventy Five are opening a pop-up within Liberty London, one of the city’s most iconic and historic department stores. Set within the Grade II-listed building, this pop-up will offer exceptional coffee and warm hospitality to Liberty’s guests.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join us on a fixed-term contract for 3 months starting in June.
About the Role
As a Barista, you’ll craft high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering friendly, thoughtful service. You’ll represent both Liberty and Seventy Five, ensuring every guest receives a welcoming and memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot beverages to brand standards
- Provide an engaging, friendly service to all customers
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy periods
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Restock coffee and service supplies as required
- Keep all equipment clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation in line with food safety and hygiene standards
- Support smooth service by working closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Recommend drinks, pastries, or seasonal specials to enhance the guest experience
- Support opening and closing duties for the coffee station
About You
- Previous barista experience in a busy café, restaurant, or similar environment
- A genuine passion for coffee and attention to detail
- Confident in milk texturing, espresso extraction, and basic latte art
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to stay calm and efficient under pressure
- Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and machinery maintenance
- Positive, proactive, and a strong team player
Pay: £15.50 per hour
