Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year DOE (Must have Level 3 Qualification for higher end)
Be Me Day Nurseries are operated by the Kent Family. We are a company of 5 Ofsted rated Outstanding nurseries, a family run business who provide childcare for children aged 3 months – 5 years.
Summary
We are seeking a passionate Early Years Educator to join our team. You will be working with an experienced team on a 40h a week schedule (3 full days and 2 half days!).
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
- Plan and deliver engaging EYFS activities.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster positive relationships.
- Act as a key person supporting children's development.
- Observe, assess and record progress.
- Build positive relationships with parents and colleagues.
- Maintain Safeguarding and care standards.
Requirements
- Level 2 or 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years nursery and childcare experience.
- Knowledge of the EYFS and Safeguarding practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
