⭐ About the home:
This 3x bedded residential home has been open since and offers specialist trauma-informed care to young people aged between 8 and 18 years old. The home currently supports 2x young people aged 10 and 16 who attend full-time education and recently enjoyed an Easter party alongside the home's adults and their families.
This home is supported by a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Deputy Manager and 7x Residential Support Workers.
The home received an "Outstanding" rating in December 2025 and is led by a passionate manager who has a vast background in foster care and has since thrived since moving into residential childcare post-COVID. This provider is very ambitious with their second residential home set to open later this year!
Shifts and working hours:
- 37.5 hours per week
- 08:00 - 23:00 (sleep)
- 08:00 - 20:00
- 08:00 - 16:00
- 8x sleep-ins per month - paid at £60
⭐ What you'll need:
- Minimum of 1 year working in an Ofsted-regualted children's home
- Completed (or willingness to obtain) Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Full UK Driving License
