RME Consultants are pleasured to be working with an established business seeking a Part Time Finance Administrator support with growing business demands.
Role: Part Time Finance Executive
Salary: £25,000 (FTE)- 25 hours per week (SALARY WILL BE PRO RATA TO 25HRS PER WEEK, £18,000)
Hours: 25 hours per week (can we 3-5 days depending on what works well for you).
Contract: Permanent, Part Time
Location: Remote
Main Duties for Part Time Finance Administrator:
- Conduct regular bank and control account reconciliations, including platforms such as Stripe.
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring invoices are paid accurately and within agreed timeframes.
- Review and process staff credit card and cash expenses, ensuring accurate coding and correct VAT treatment.
- Prepare and issue member invoices accurately and on time, including annual renewals, monthly billing, and ad hoc invoices.
- Set up, amend, and cancel direct debit instructions in accordance with BACS regulations and procedures.
Experience required for Part Time Finance Administrator:
- Minimum of 2 years’ operational experience within administration
- Experience processing invoices
- Strong microsoft office expereience
