The Brief:
We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Europe’s largest Dental Laboratory.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a market leading team in a highly varied role. This dynamic position involves interacting and working with some of the largest dental practices and most prominent corporate groups in the UK, acting as the primary point of contact for the accounts you manage.

About the Team:
You will be joining a wider team of multiple advisors working closely with an experienced Customer Service Manager. The team are renowned for their collaborative working environment, and you will have the opportunity to work with multiple different departments within the business. This role offers strong support and training opportunities and a clear path for development. You will be part of a team focused on the development of strong client relationships nationwide.
Role Details:
- Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester
- Hours: 8:30am – 5pm, with a 30-minute lunch and two paid 10-minute breaks.

- Assist customers with account creation.
- Organise and manage your tasks independently.
- Work effectively both individually and as part of a team.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school certifications or equivalent.
- Proficiency with computers and computer systems.
- Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
- Experience with CRM systems would be advantageous but isn't a requirement.
