We are a successful, independent estate agency based in Kenilworth seeking an enthusiastic Administrative, Sales & Client Support Officer to join our friendly and busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, customer service, marketing support, and working closely with clients in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
This is a multi-faceted position supporting both the administrative and sales functions of the business. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Office Support
- Managing and maintaining our property database and shared systems.
- Booking valuation appointments and property viewings.
- Adding and updating applicant and vendor records.
- Preparing properties for marketing, including:
- Property descriptions and details.
- Uploading photographs and floorplans.
- Creating bespoke property brochures.
- Managing EPC documentation.
- Maintaining customer records and compliance documentation.
- Completing administrative forms and required checks.
- Monitoring office stationery supplies and placing orders when required.
Sales & Client Support
- Preparing client communications and mail merges.
- Supporting the team with marketing campaigns and activities.
- Updating website content and social media channels.
- Accompanying prospective buyers on property viewings.
- Obtaining and communicating viewing feedback to vendors.
- Handling enquiries from vendors, applicants, buyers and the general public.
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the property journey.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel

Experience
- Estate agency experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, office management, or marketing would be highly valued.
