We are now seeking an ambitious and experienced Dual Registered Manager to lead both our well-established solo home in Clacton-on-Sea and oversee the opening and development of our new home in St Osyth.
The Clacton home is an established, settled service with a strong team and a current GOOD Ofsted rating. Alongside this, you will take the lead in preparing and opening our new St Osyth home, giving you the opportunity to shape culture, build a team, and establish another outstanding service from the ground up.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager looking to progress into dual registration and senior leadership within a growing organisation.
You will:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of both homes
- Lead the registration and opening of the St Osyth service
- Maintain and improve standards within the established Clacton home
- Develop and lead high-performing teams
- Drive compliance, safeguarding, and positive outcomes
- Work closely with senior leadership to support the continued growth of Sevello Children’s Homes

About You
- Significant experience within children’s residential care
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager
- Experience achieving positive Ofsted outcomes
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and Ofsted regulations
- Experience managing complex behaviours and therapeutic approaches
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People is essential
- Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or working towards)
- Confident leader with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain staff
- Passionate about improving the lives of children and young people
