Business Development Manager
Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing administrative support for the firms business development and marketing activities. Duties will include monitoring the marketing inbox and diary management, preparing marketing/pitch presentations, business development reports, research, organising meetings and events in the UK and abroad, keeping records and maintaining the customer relationship management system.
Key Responsibilities

Monitoring the Marketing & Business Development inbox and calendar, including responding to queries, scheduling meetings and maintaining team calendars.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date marketing, client and contact data within Inprotech, Introhive and other business development systems.
-
Assisting with the preparation of pitches and proposals, including gathering content, sourcing statistics, formatting documents and creating presentation materials.

Uploading and maintaining content on the firm's website and social media channels.
-
Assisting with the production of reports, relationship insights and management information from Inprotech, Introhive and other data sources to support business development activities and meetings.

Supporting the preparation and submission of legal directory and award submissions and maintaining firm profiles on relevant directories.

Using Google Analytics and other tools to monitor website performance and campaign effectiveness.

Providing administrative support for client relationship, key account and target programmes.

Conducting research to support networking activities, client meetings, international conferences and business development initiatives.

Maintaining the firm's marketing and events calendar, including coordinating incoming event invitations and opportunities.

Assisting with the planning and delivery of firm events, including venue sourcing, invitations, registrations, attendee communications and event administration.

Preparing, maintaining and updating marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with the firm's brand guidelines and house style.

Sourcing promotional merchandise and client gifts and managing stock levels.

Providing support on ad hoc projects and carrying out other duties as reasonably required by the Marketing & Business Development team and the wider firm.

Educated to A level (or equivalent) or above
Ideally educated to degree level, though not essential
