Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities such as washing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication
- Encourage and support independence and emotional well-being
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
- Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals
- Ensure a safe and clean environment at all times
- Report concerns or changes in service users' health or behavior
Requirements
- Previous experience in a support worker or similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Skills in meal preparation and medication administration are highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
