Jaxon Rose Makeovers is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing and motivated Sales Lead Generator to join our growing team at Bents Garden & Home.

Jaxon Rose Makeovers specialises in transforming kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms without the cost and disruption of a full replacement.

The Role
You will be based within Bents Garden & Home, engaging with customers and introducing them to our kitchen, bedroom and bathroom makeover services.
Your role will be to:
- Proactively engage with customers.
- Start friendly conversations and build rapport.
- Identify customers who may be considering a home improvement project.
- Explain the benefits of our makeover services.
- Book qualified home appointments for our experienced sales consultants.
- Accurately record customer details and appointment information.
- Represent Jaxon Rose Makeovers professionally at all times.
You will not be required to carry out home visits, surveys or sales presentations. Your role is to generate quality appointments, which will then be attended by one of our experienced sales consultants.
Hours & Flexibility
One of the biggest benefits of this role is flexibility.
We are open 7 days per week between 10am and 5pm and are happy to work around your availability.

What We're Looking For
- Previous sales, retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Friendly, confident and approachable personality.

Earnings Potential
In addition to your hourly rate, you will receive commission based on the qualified appointments you generate.
