Duties
- Deliver a wide range of barbering services including haircuts, trims, shaves, and beard grooming with precision and creativity
- Consult with clients to understand their styling preferences and provide expert advice on hair care and grooming options
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work station in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and optimise client flow
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised after each use to uphold hygiene standards
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the industry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Outstanding communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills to manage appointments efficiently
- A friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for delivering top-quality grooming services
Pay: £28,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
