The Role
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our group. This is a varied role that will involve working across multiple businesses within the group, ensuring our office runs efficiently while providing excellent administrative support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the office.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and company records.
- Perform data entry and general administrative duties.
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Assist with bookkeeping and invoice processing using QuickBooks (or similar software).
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Support management with administrative tasks across the group’s companies.
- Help maintain a professional, organised, and efficient office environment.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in an office administration or administrative support role.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to prioritise workloads and work independently.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced with QuickBooks or similar accounting software (preferred but not essential).
- Friendly, reliable, and a strong team player.
