Nos Da Healthcare are now heavily recruiting for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers across Swansea, Port Talbot and Neath, Bridgend - this is not domiciliary care but you MUST have access to your own car and a full UK driving license, DBS on update service would be fantastic but not essential.

We are seeking HCA's & SW's with experience of working with a wide array of care including Elderly, learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
What are our rates?
£13.00 - £15.00 per hour (dependent on shift) and Bank Holiday's are Double Time!
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Assisting with tasks like bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Daily Living: Supporting with meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping.
- Mobility Support: Helping with transfers, walking, and using mobility aids.
- Companionship: Providing emotional support, engaging in conversations, and encouraging social interaction.
- Monitoring: Observing and reporting any changes in the individual's physical or mental health.
- Safety: Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment, and promoting safety awareness.
- Communication: Maintaining clear communication with the individual, their family, and other healthcare professionals.
- Promoting Independence: Empowering individuals to make choices, maintain their routines, and participate in activities they enjoy.
- Following Care Plans: Adhering to specific care plans and instructions provided by supervisors or healthcare professionals.

What do we need from you?
● 1 Year or more experience in the UK as a Care Assistant or Support Worker
● Flexibility, maturity, independence, and the very highest professional
standards
● Driving licence and access to own vehicle is preferred but not essential
● Commitment to delivering client specific care
● Adaptable approach to support clients and family members
● Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting
