EU Export Administrator (Hybrid Working Available)
At Williams Haulage, we have an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused EU Export Administrator to join our EU Commercial and Operations team, supporting the smooth movement of goods from the UK into Europe and overseas markets.
This is a full time, permanent role with the flexibility to work from home 2 to 3 days per week with the remainder of your time based at our Corwen office.
The Role
Reporting to the EU Commercial and Operations Lead, as the EU Export Administrator you will be responsible for preparing UK delivery and EU export documentation, as well as handling container and deep-sea shipment paperwork. You will also manage the despatch of goods through our company systems to generate accurate delivery and invoicing documentation for clients.
You will work closely with customers, suppliers, hauliers, customs agents, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure all shipments are processed accurately, compliantly, and on time.

- Salary in the region of £28,000 to £32,000, with the starting level dependent on experience

Working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Occasional flexibility may be required to support urgent shipments, documentation deadlines, or operational priorities.
About You
You will have experience in export, customs, or freight forwarding documentation.
You will also be able to demonstrate:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good IT skills and confidence using systems
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
