About the Service
Our Supported Living Service is home to three individuals, aged 21 - 65, who have learning disabilities and autism.
We are a friendly, supportive team committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
Every day is different, and we work together to help each individual live as independently as possible while achieving the outcomes that matter most to them.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will:

Provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs.

Promote independence, choice and dignity.

Support individuals to access their local community, attend appointments and enjoy social activities.

Encourage participation in hobbies, interests and daily routines.

Support with personal care and other daily living tasks where required.

Work closely with colleagues, families and professionals to provide consistent, high-quality support.
