Responsible for carrying out external cleaning and property maintenance services to residential and commercial properties.
Duties include pressure washing, soft washing, gutter clearing, window cleaning, roof cleaning, fascia and soffit cleaning, waste removal, and general external maintenance. Operatives must safely use cleaning equipment, follow health and safety procedures, work at height where trained and authorised, and maintain a professional standard of workmanship and customer service.
Travel across different sites in Northern Ireland will be required, therefore a full driving licence is preferred, but not essential
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
