Make a Difference Every Day
We're looking for a kind, enthusiastic and reliable Complex Care Assistant to support a friendly and sociable young man in his own home.
He has a fantastic sense of humour, loves making people laugh and enjoys spending time with those around him. He loves going to school, attending respite, travelling with his family and, like many young people, enjoys scrolling through TikTok!
Although he is non-verbal, he has plenty to say. He communicates using Makaton and his Grid 3 communication device, so we're looking for someone who will take the time to listen, encourage his communication and involve him in conversations. If you're patient, enjoy building meaningful relationships and love having fun, this could be the perfect role for you.
No previous complex care experience is required. At MAM Care Services, we provide full clinical training and ongoing support to help you develop the skills and confidence needed for the role.
