Duties

- Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tables receive attention throughout their meal.
Skills
- Previous restaurant experience preferred. .
