Job Summary
Our client is a leading manufacturing company within the world of tools and we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our client's sales efforts across Ireland. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management, capable of analysing market trends and driving business growth.
Duties
- Work to achieve sales targets and budgeted P&L through effective sales management
- Achieve maximum growth within individual portfolios
- Carry out regular reviews and visits
- Work alongside the board to agree and deliver an ongoing sales strategy
- Identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Area Sales Rep in a fast pace environment.
- Experience selling into distributors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Ability to display a high degree of business acumen
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
