Alexander Hudson Estates – Accompanied Viewer
Established in 2018, Alexander Hudson Estates are a small, family-run estate agents with a passion for property and an honest approach, we value being friendly and client-focused with clear and open communication channels.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Accompanied Viewer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people and providing outstanding customer service. Previous estate agency experience is desirable but not essential.
Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
· Conduct accompanied property viewings.
· Welcome and engage with prospective buyers and tenants in a professional and friendly manner.
· Provide information about properties and answer general questions.
· Ensure properties are presented well before and after viewings.
· Provide feedback from viewings to the sales or lettings team.
· Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
· Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
· Other ad-hoc operational activities that may be required in the running of the estate agency
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
· Experience in the property industry is desirable but not essential
· A friendly, approachable, and confident personality.
· Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
· Comfortable meeting and interacting with a variety of people.
· A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
· Outstanding customer service
Job Type: Part time (flexible working pattern available) / Full time, permanent
Schedule: Flexible working pattern available Monday – Friday (with a 1 in 4 working pattern for Saturday mornings (2 hours), time off in lieu given for this)
