Summer Café Supervisor – Spokes, Ledbury Road Services

£13.50 per hour | Fixed-term contract until the end of September 2026
We're looking for a Café Supervisor to join our team for the summer season at Ledbury Road Services on the A438 near Bushley. Ledbury Road Services may only be just over two years old, but we've already made quite an impression. Our award-winning petrol station and farm shop on the A438 near Bushley has become a destination in its own right, known for quality local products, friendly service and doing things a little differently.
This summer, we're looking for a vibrant, energetic Café Supervisor to help bring our outdoor café to life – serving freshly ground coffee, Winstones ice cream, smoothies, iced drinks and cakes with a smile, and creating a fantastic experience for everyone who stops by.
Operating Hours:
Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00am – 5:00pm
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a café or similar customer-facing role
- A confident and proactive approach to working independently
- A friendly, can-do personality with plenty of enthusiasm
- Someone who loves delivering great customer service with a smile
- Barista experience preferable however full training will be available.
Due to our rural location, applicants must be 18+ and have their own transport.

Pay: £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 57 per week
